How To Enter Your Art

No late submissions will be accepted. During the week of May 23-27 artCentral will be transitioning to a new computer system. 

​DESCRIPTION
In the juried Annual Membership Exhibition 2016, 10 June - 31 July,  artCentral will showcase the art of artCentral Members in the Main and Member Galleries @ Hyde House. One entry per member.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Call for artCentral Members only to present their best artwork created in the last three years.
  • Media: Open to 2D and 3D works of any medium
  • Images: Only 1 entry per member
  • Entry Fee: $10 with Current Paid artCentral Membership

  • Bronze - $100
  • Underwriter - $200

TIMETABLE
  • May 22: Deadline for entry via website, Sunday, midnight 
  • June 5: All works hand delivered to artCentral, Sunday, 2:00 to 5:00 pm
  • June 10: Opening Reception and Picnic, Friday, 6:00 to 8:00 pm at artCentral
  • July 31: All works picked up at artCentral, Sunday, 2:00 to 5:00 pm at artCentral

REQUIREMENTS
  • Entry fee of $10 must be paid at time of entry. Entry Fee is not refundable.
  • The exhibit is open to all current artCentral members.  Entries must be original (no giclees) and created in the last three years. No works previously shown at artCentral will be accepted.
  • All exhibited 2D work must be: professional-quality framed or gallery wrapped - gallery wrap canvas must have the sides painted, not gesso, with choice of 1) continuation of image, or 2) solid color - wired properly and ready for installation. No sawtooth hangers or clip hangers will be accepted. All exhibited 3D work must be ready for installation and accompanied by any special display/hanging requirements. Pedestals will be provided.
  • There are no size restrictions; however, over-sized or heavy works may require the artist to assist with installation.
  • All art must be for sale. A 25% commission will be taken by artCentral, after deduction of any transaction fees. Artist will receive 75% of sale price, after deduction of any transaction fees. Artists are responsible reporting sales tax collected on their sales income received.
  • Art sold between registration and exhibition will not be installed. Entry fee is not refundable. 
  • artCentral reserves the right to refuse an accepted artwork because of unacceptable presentation.
  • All work must be family friendly: no explicit nudity or pornography

Liability: artCentral is not responsible for loss or damage to artwork while in transit to the show and while on display.
​The artist agrees to allow the artCentral with discretion to utilize photographs or exhibited work for publicity purposes, not for reproduction.

All works must be picked up on July 31 between 2:00 and 5:00 pm. No storage is available.
A fee of $5 per day will apply for any art left at artCentral after July 31.
