What's Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art
that is now practiced around the world
as a healing art, a mind and body exercise,
a moving meditation.
Tai Chi looks like a slow-motion dance
– soft, graceful, fluid -
yet the body is deeply rooted and powerful.
We Americans frequently take Tai Chi
for it’s hugely-effective stress reducing benefits.
Tai Chi is often described as
“meditation in motion”,
but it might well be called
“medication in motion.”
