What's Tai Chi? Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is now practiced around the world as a healing art, a mind and body exercise, a moving meditation. Tai Chi looks like a slow-motion dance – soft, graceful, fluid - yet the body is deeply rooted and powerful. We Americans frequently take Tai Chi for it’s hugely-effective stress reducing benefits. Tai Chi is often described as
“meditation in motion”, but it might well be called “medication in motion.” Harvard Health Publication, May 2009 Interested? Let us know! CONTACT |
