CHOREOGRAPHING COLOR

It is a joy to watch my daughter dance.
The grace, power and emotion
in those performances are at times breathtaking.
While the thrill for a father is watching his daughter,
it Is the choreography of those dancers,
movements and music
that helps to elicit those emotions in the viewers.
I rely on color and composition to provoke emotion,
first from myself and then to the observer.
Therefore, this exhibit is my attempt
to choreograph color
in a way to affect the emotions of the viewer. EB

Eric was born in western Kansas and spent the majority of his childhood in Kansas.
As a child he was always active,
playing multiple sports and being creative.
Eric attributes much of his early artistry
to the local 4H group
which exposed him to many different creative styles.
He is currently in his 20th year
of teaching elementary school.
Eric tells us, "One of the wonderful things
about being a teacher
is having time off in the summer and holidays
to be with my family
and immerse myself in the world of art."
